MY DOULA SERVICES

Doula Services:

During our First Prenatal Visit , we will complete the contract, you may pay the deposit, we discuss your birth plan, support measures for your birth, and I will help answer any questions and concerns you may have. This visit usually happens around 20 weeks. 

The Last Prenatal Visit might include a finalized summary of your birth plan, we will walk through unplanned scenarios that might arise, you will pay your final due payment, and we will spend time talking about any final questions or concerns that you may have.  This visit usually happens around 36 weeks.

• Birth plan assistance to help you clarify your preferences for birth and explain the options that are available to you
• Access to my lending library of books and videos about pregnancy, birth and baby care, to support your learning
• Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support for you and your partner for the duration of labor and birth, to help you hold and move towards the vision you created for your baby’s birth
• Initial breastfeeding support immediately after birth to help your baby latch on properly and encourage the establishment of breastfeeding
• One postpartum follow-up visit to celebrate the birth of your baby and answer any questions you have during the early postpartum period
• Unlimited phone and e-mail support to answer your questions and offer suggestions and support throughout pregnancy and early labor

 
OTHER SERVICES:

• Massage
• Take pictures/video at birth
• Back up doula
• CPR
• Birth Preference Support:  This is a great option for mothers who would like the support of a doula during their pregnancies, but do not wish to have a doula present at their birth for financial or other reasons.
  This includes :

  •   One prenatal meeting to discuss and prepare details for the birth preferences

  •   Email support throughout your pregnancy

  •   Phone support during your "due month."
